ITALIAN WINE COOKIES | |
2 c. white wine 2 c. oil 4 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. anise seeds 2 c. sugar, plus some for dipping 8 c. flour Mix all ingredients together. Take handful of dough, hand roll to cigar-like rope. Cut into 3 inch pieces and dip in sugar. Bake sugar side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes. Should be crispy. |
