HOT SAUSAGE SANDWICHES 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 loaves party rye

Cook sausage and ground beef together until crumbly and well done; drain.

Blend together over low heat the cheese, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder. Mix with drained meats. Put small amount on each slice of party rye.

Arrange on baking sheet and freeze quickly. Re-package in freezer containers until needed.

To Serve: Heat under broiler until lightly browned and hot or 1 1/2 minutes on high in microwave. Serves 72.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
