ITALIAN SAUSAGE SANDWICHES 
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 lb. bulk sausage

Fry sausage slowly and drain grease. Place sausage between paper towels to further absorb grease. Dice 3 carrots. Cut 1 small onion into small pieces. Slice 1 can large pitted black olives. Mix all above together in large frying pan. Add 1 large jar Ragu. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, sliced or shredded

On each bun, layer cheese, meat mixture, and then more cheese. Wrap each bun individually in foil. Heat at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until heated through. They may also be frozen to use later.
