1 box pastry mix
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/4 lb. butter

Roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thick. Spread sausage, thinly and roll as for jelly roll and chill. Slice and brush melted butter over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Use broiler to brown, if necessary. Delicious served with coffee.
