NINA'S VEGE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All (drain)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. onions, chopped and sauteed in butter
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can water chestnuts

Combine above ingredients and place in casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
