PASTA CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 med. chopped onion
2 minced cloves garlic
3 c. broccoli florets
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
8 oz. fettuccine noodles, cooked

In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Add chicken and cook, stirring 1 minute more. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm.

Meanwhile, in saucepan heat cream to a simmer. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, salt and pepper. In large bowl toss fettuccine, broccoli and cream mixtures. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
