BANANA PUFFS 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Pecan halves (opt.)

Cream butter with brown sugar; beat in egg, bananas and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture a little at a time. Drop batter, a teaspoonful at a time on a cookie sheet. Press pecan half on top of each. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 dozen.
