CREOLE BEANS 
1 lb. dried lg. lima
5 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. soul seasoning
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. tomatoes

Cook limas until tender (about 1 hour). Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Using bacon fat saute onion and pepper 5 minutes. Blend in flour seasonings and sugar. Add tomato and simmer, uncovered about 10 to 15 minutes. Add beans, heat and mix well. Sprinkle with bacon.
