CREOLE STYLE GREEN BEANS 
2 cans cut green beans, drain 1 can
6 slices bacon, dice before frying
3/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. tomatoes

Fry diced bacon. Remove from pan saving 3 tablespoons fat. Add onion and green pepper to fat and cook. Add other ingredients to pan and stir. Add 1 pound tomatoes and stir. Add beans with juice from one can. Add bacon and heat.
