CREOLE GREEN BEANS 
6 slices diced bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
2 shakes Tabasco, optional

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove. Add onion and green pepper to 3 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes. Stir constantly until thickened. Add green beans and heat through.
