GLUTEN BRAN BREAD | |
4 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. chopped almonds 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. 40% Gluten flour 2 c. bran 1 tsp. butter 1 cake compressed yeast Beat the eggs. Add the milk, nuts, flour, yeast, bran, salt and butter. Mix and bake in a loaf in a moderate hot oven 40 minutes. |
