CHEESE BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. frozen cheese blintzes
8 eggs, beaten until foamy
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream

Melt butter in 9x12 baking dish. Add blintzes and roll in butter to coat. Mix all other ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
