CHEESE BLINTZES (BREAKFAST) 
BLINTZE:

6 eggs
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 1/3 c. cream cheese
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. milk

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar 3/4 qt. fresh or frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine first 4 ingredients. May be made ahead. Pour 1/8 cup mixture into about 1 teaspoon oil in 6-inch skillet. Brown on both sides. Cool.

Prepare filling with next 3 ingredients. Spread about 2 tablespoons filling in middle of each Blintze.

Prepare strawberry mixture as for sauce and pour about 3/4 cup over 2-3 Blintzes.
