LECHO-HUNGARIAN VEGETABLE MIX 
1 pair sliced Hungarian sausage
1 lg. yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 sm. can of tomatoes, drained
3 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste

Saute Hungarian sausage in frying pan. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Add spices, cover and cook on very low heat for 45 minutes.

Serve with rice or potatoes.
