BROCCOLI & CARROT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, blanched
1 med. red apple, cut into sm. pieces
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/4 c. chopped raisins

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Sugar to taste

Mix dressing together and blend with above ingredients.
