1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. (approximately)
