PLANTATION ALMOND TEA 
2 black tea bags
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Place the tea bags, lemon juice and sugar in tea pot; add boiling water, cover and steep 10 minutes. Remove bags and add almond extract and vanilla.

Pour over ice. Garnish with orange or lemon slices and fresh mint. (Fresh orange juice can also be added.)
