TURTLE CAKE 
1 milk chocolate cake mix
14 oz. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
6 chocolate candy bars (plain)
2 c. chopped walnuts
Milk chocolate frosting

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Melt caramels in evaporated milk. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Lay candy bars over caramels. Add a layer of nuts. Pour the rest of the batter over all and bake another 15 to 20 minutes until done. Cool. Frost with milk chocolate frosting.
