5 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Lemon juice Powdered sugar Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, and flour in blender. Melt 1/2 cup butter in 2 (9-inch) pans (1/4 cup each). Pour in batter. Bake 20 minutes; remove from pans. Sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Cut and eat as is or add syrup. Do not double recipe. Muffin tins may be used instead of pie pans. |
