GERMAN BREAKFAST PANCAKE 
6 lg. eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Butter
Powdered sugar
Red currant jelly

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Beat room temperature eggs until light and fluffy; add flour and milk alternately, small amounts at a time. Add salt and sugar; beat until blended. Put pizza pan in oven to heat. Remove pizza pan and put butter on pan to melt. Then pour egg mixture on pan and place in oven. Bake until puffy, crisp and brown. Will rise in peaks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drop spoonfuls of jelly. Serve immediately so everyone can see how pretty it is. Then either roll like a jelly roll or cut into small pieces to serve. Serves 2 to 3.
