BAKED SPARERIBS 
6 lb. lean spareribs
Salt and pepper
1 c. finely diced onions
1/2 c. diced green pepper
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. vinegar
2 (approximately 40 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits with syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Bake ribs at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Drain off excess fat. Pour mixture over ribs and bake 1 1/2 hours longer.
