1 1/2 heads lettuce
5 tomatoes
1 lg. onion
2 lbs. ground beef
2 pkgs. taco mix
3 cans kidney beans
4 c. shredded cheddar
1 lg. Catalina dressing
1 lg. bag Doritos (nacho cheese)

Tear lettuce, dice tomatoes and onions, drain kidney beans and set aside. Brown ground beef and add taco mix, cook according to directions on package. Cool thoroughly. Mix in a large bowl all ingredients except Doritos. Just before serving, crush Doritos and mix in.
