SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. (envelope) dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
2 (2 lb.) chicken pieces, skin removed

Combine first 3 ingredients and pour over the uncooked meat.

Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.

The sauce remaining in the pan is delicious served over rice.
