RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts
1/2 (16 oz.) bottle Russian dressing (Kraft)
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 sm. jar apricot preserves

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine Russian dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves. Line 8x10-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, place chicken breasts in pan. Pour Russian dressing mixture over chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
