SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion
Dash each pepper & nutmeg

Mix and roll all ingredients into balls and brown in skillet. Add 2 to 3 cups water and simmer for 20 minutes. When done simmering, add flour to sauce for gravy.
