SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
Pinch of nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion

1 can consomme
1 1/3 c. water
1 bouillon cube
2 tbsp. flour

Mix first 7 ingredients. Shape into balls. Brown. Place in baking pan. Mix consomme, water, and bouillon cube. Thicken with flour. Pour over meat balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Good served with baked potato. Serves 6.
