STRAWBERRY PIE 
4 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. raw tapioca
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (9 inch) pie shells

Combine sugar, flour, tapioca, lemon juice and cinnamon. Sprinkle over strawberries and toss lightly. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter. Use remaining shell to cover pie. Place in preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake additional 10 minutes. Serve warm.
