GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with whole graham crackers. Combine sugar, egg and milk together. Beat well. Melt butter in pot. Pour in egg, sugar and milk and bring to a boil. Mix in nuts, graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Remove from heat and pour over graham crackers in pan. Top with whole graham crackers and frost.

Frosting:

3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
