GRAHAM CRACKER STREUSEL CAKE | |
2 c. graham cracker crumbs 3/4 c. chopped nuts 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. melted butter 1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix 1 c. water 1/3 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9"x13" pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Set aside. Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Pour 2 1/3 cups batter into pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups crumb mixture. Pour remaining batter into pan, sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Drizzle with following glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons water as needed. |
