GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box graham cracker crumbs
2 C sugar
1 1/2 C milk
2 sticks butter
5 eggs
1 C nuts, chopped fine
1 C coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. baking powder

ICING:

1 box 10X sugar
1 stick butter
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix. Add crumbs, mixed with baking powder, nuts and coconut to mixture. Then add milk and stir. This makes 3 layers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes which may vary according to oven.

ICING: Cream together sugar, butter and crushed pineapple. Frost layers and sides of cake.
