GREEK SHRIMP 
10 lg. jumbo shrimp
8 oz. melted butter
2 diced and seeded tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic
Feta cheese
Dash of parsley

Melt butter. Combine all other ingredients. Add to butter with shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Serve over rice. Garnish with parsley.
