NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE 
4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 56 squares crushed)
3/4 c. golden raisins
3/4 c. dark raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. diced candied orange peel
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Honey, optional
Candied cherries, optional

Butter and line bottom and sides of 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch loaf pan with wax paper.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except honey and candied cherries. Press mixture firmly into pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours.

To unmold, set pan in bowl. Add warm water to halfway up sides of pan. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Invert onto serving platter. Peel off paper. Brush top with honey and decorate with candied cherries. Keeps up to 1 month. Wrap securely in plastic wrap. Slice cake when well chilled.
