INDOOR BARBECUE RIBS 
4 to 5 lbs. pork ribs (you can have butcher cut them)
1 jar Heinz barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper

Wash ribs and put in a Dutch oven. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Take ribs and place on a foil lined shallow pan. Pour barbecue mixture over ribs. Put in oven at 325 degrees and brown. Takes about 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
