HOT VEGETABLE DELIGHT 
2 (20 oz.) pkg. mixed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee onion rings
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Cook vegetables until tender, drain. Heat soup and cheese. Place vegetables in 9x13 inch glass dish and top with sauce. Sprinkle onion rings on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
