MICRO CARAMEL POPCORN 
16 c. popped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 brown paper grocery sack

Combine brown sugar, Karo syrup, butter and salt; microwave on high 2 minutes, stir microwave on high 2 minutes, stir microwave on high 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add baking soda and vanilla (mixture will foam). Stir. Pour mixture over popcorn in brown paper sack, stir and shake. (Roll end closed.)

Microwave on high 1 minute - shake bag.

Microwave on high 1 minute - shake bag.

Microwave on high 15-30 seconds - shake.

Pour out onto counter top (or cookie sheets). Cool. Break to serve. Store in plastic container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
