MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
9 tortillas
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chili peppers
Onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
Velveeta cheese

Brown meat and drain. Tear tortillas into pieces and add to meat. Add onion flakes, tomatoes, soup and milk to meat and tortillas. Stir together. Cover with Velveeta cheese. Simmer 20 minutes. Great and quick!
