CHICKEN AND PEPPERS 
2 chicken breasts, boned & cut into 1" squares
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 sweet peppers (1 green, 1 red) cut into 1" squares
3 ribs celery, cut into 1/2" slices
8 green onions (scallions), cut into 1/2" slices
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. sugar

In medium bowl, combine chicken with Lipton onion soup mix, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic and 1 teaspoon cornstarch; marinate 20 minutes.

In large skillet, heat remaining oil and cook peppers and celery over high heat, stirring frequently, 3 minutes; add green onions and cook 2 minutes; remove from pan. Add chicken to skillet and cook 3 minutes.

In small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce and cornstarch with water and sugar. Add to skillet with vegetables; simmer 3 minutes. Makes about 4 servings.
