LITTLE JOE TUNA
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped green olives with pimento
12 oz. can tuna, drained
4 hamburger buns
4 slices Kraft cheese
8 parsley sprigs, optional
Sliced stuffed olives, optional

Combine butter, water, ketchup, garlic, dry mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, chopped olives and tuna in a saucepan. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place hamburger bun halves, face up on a broiler pan and broil 3-5 inches from heat until toasted. Put about 1/3 cup of tuna mixture on top of each toasted bun half, cut cheese slices in half diagonally and place a triangle of cheese on top of each sandwich. Place back under broiler, just until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley sprigs and sliced olives if desired. Yield 8 open face sandwiches.
