REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1-2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. lukewarm water
4 c. unsifted flour, sifted

Stir ingredients together in order listed. Mix well. Refrigerate dough at least 12 hours. Will keep several days. Roll dough out on lightly floured board. Cut out rolls and place in greased pan. Let rise 2 hours. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 36 rolls.
