REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. scalded milk
2 eggs, beaten
6-8 c. sifted flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add shortening, salt, sugar, mashed potatoes, milk and beaten eggs. Fold in flour. Let rise in refrigerator overnight.

Shape dough into rolls. Cover and let rolls rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
