HAMBURG NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown hamburg, garlic, onion. Drain fat. Add salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce; cover and cook 20 minutes. In a separate bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream. In a 2 quart casserole, layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 cream mixture, 1/3 meat mixture. Repeat twice. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
