ORANGE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
4 3/4 c. white flour
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. grated orange peel

In large bowl heat milk, water and butter to 125 degrees. Add 1/2 dry ingredients and mix 3 minutes. Stir in orange peel and remaining flour. Turn dough onto floured board and knead 10 minutes. Divide in half and shape into balls. Cover with inverted bowl and let rest 15 minutes. Shape into loaves and let rise once. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
