PARMESAN VEGETABLE SALAD 
4 c. cauliflower
4 c. broccoli
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
2 c. croutons
1 sweet red onion, chopped
3 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
Iceberg lettuce, however much

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into little pieces. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt and basil together. When ready to serve mix all other ingredients together. Top with Parmesan cheese.
