6 med. potatoes, boiled & mashed
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

After mashing potatoes, combine all other ingredients and mix together. Put in 1 quart baking dish, dot with butter and paprika. Bake 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
