OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
2 lbs. red potatoes, washed and quartered
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large Ziploc bag, mix all ingredients together and shake well, making sure potatoes are coated. Empty potatoes in a large pan.

Bake for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring occasionally.
