BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. blueberries (coated with flour)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash of nutmeg
3/4 c. nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix in, then add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream and vanilla. Add the blueberries and fold in.

Pour 1/2 the batter in a greased tube pan. Then sprinkle 1/2 of the topping over that. Add the rest of the batter and top with remaining topping. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean.
