LOUISIANA FRIED CRAWFISH 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper
3 c. Zatarain's corn flour
Garlic powder

Mix batter of eggs, milk, water, salt and pepper. Set aside. Blend together corn flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip crawfish in batter, then in breading. Fry in hot oil at 325 degrees until brown. Yields: batter for 2 pounds crawfish tails.
