MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 to 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 (2 oz.) jar stuffed olives, sliced
Toasted shredded almonds
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt
Lemon juice to taste
1 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
1 pkg. lemon Jello (dissolve Jello in 1 c. hot water, cool)

Combine chicken mixture with the Jello and place in mold.
