2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 c. oil
1 c. All-Bran
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices, and sugar. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add pumpkin, oil, and Bran cereal. Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients, only until combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread in ungreased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at 350 degrees. Cool completely before removing from pan. Drizzle with confectioner's sugar glaze if desired.
