EGGLESS, MILKLESS PUMPKIN CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. pumpkin (canned) 1 c. oil 1 c. chocolate chips 3/4 c. chopped nuts Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil and pumpkin. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans or one large Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
